- an imagination that rarely allows for a dull moment;

- just being alive….

Canadian Thanksgiving? I haven't heard about it but at least it had sense to wake up. I have a Canadian teacher but he didn't mention it today.

Because of travelling we celebrated it Sunday, and I ate and ate and ate - many of components of the feast came from one of the Montreal markets, btw!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. It is what makes Thanksgiving such a wonderful holiday! The turkey looks beautiful! Don't tell me you made it? I am hungry looking at it! I am a total lame-o but I actually buy my turkey premade from my local grocery store. It still tastes pretty good and I make a homemade dessert to make up for it!
i like the last one best - thankful for being alive. often, we forget that being alive is a huge blessing. thanks for making me appreciate what i have through your post here.

Thank you, Ello, yes it was a great day, very pleasant. Turkey's home-cooked. So you feel 'guilty' and make the desert...:-) You know, most of what we eat is home-made, but I sometimes wonder if it's worth the time spent in the kitchen (even though I like cooking) vs. time spent doing more meaningful things... :-)
